“Working with Jeff at SWEATY Has been excellent the past couple of years, the attention to detail and the quality that goes into the training, The sport specific exercises, and the knowledge that he has about any health or fitness question i’ve asked is better than any other gym I’ve experienced. It’s really helped me improve on speed and strength over the course of the off-season and I would recommend it to anybody that would want sport specific training or just to stay in shape.”
