Men’s Fitness Classes

Our Men’s group class offers a variety of Strength, Mobility, and cardiovascular training. Each group class is based on a monthly weightlifting program that is focused on progressive overload throughout the month.

Our main focus is joint health and overall strength, making the body both strong and resilient.

This program is perfect for those men who still take part in rec sports, helping prevent injury along with improving performance.

Or for those who may have never played sports, or who have little gym experience.

Our ongoing education and years of experience allow us to adapt programs and exercises for each individual, so that no one is left behind, but no one is forced to do movements they not yet be able to do.

If you are looking for a better way to start your day or week, or looking to join a small group to help motivate and push you in your physical abilities, this might be the class for you!

$110/month for 2 days/week
