Seniors Fitness Classes

This is a class that is designed for older adults looking to maintain/develop balance, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The classes are carefully designed to deliver safe programs for all fitness levels while being in a positive social setting. The sessions are one hour long and include a dynamic warm up to get you moving and ready for strength training, a full body workout and a gentle cooldown with stretching. Each class is designed by a CSEP-certified personal trainer who will show you how to perform each exercise. Each participant receives individual feedback to ensure proper and safe technique. The exercises can easily be modified or adapted to accommodate any level of fitness and ability. The participants will work though a program that is created by your trainer so that they can become more efficient and confident in their abilities in the gym.
