Brittney Reimer is a trainer who recently graduated from the
University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
She enjoys building personal connections with her clients and is
passionate about helping people stay active, strong, and confident
throughout their lives. Brittney focuses on strength training that
supports the demands of day-to-day life, whether that means improving
mobility, building confidence in the gym, or training safely with
joint pain or mobility limitations.
Brittney especially enjoys working with older adults. She believes in
sustainable progress through thoughtful programming, supportive
coaching, and individualized plans that adapt to each client’s body
and goals. Her approach focuses on consistency and long-term results
rather than quick fixes. She is excited to help clients move better,
feel stronger, and age with confidence.
Outside of the gym, Brittney enjoys playing and refereeing ringette,
as well as riding horses and gardening.
